Part 1 is going to be asking about what tools you have for this job already. Some of these tools are required from day 1. Others we will give you time to buy while in training or some can be purchased for you and paid back to the company through payroll deductions.
Part 2 is a general application covering name, address, education, employment history, etc. This will be done at the store.
Please put a check into each box for tools that you already have. You will need to bring the tools with you to your interview, if selected, so that we may visually inspect the tools and verify that you do own the tools you listed. Failure to produce the tools you mark on this page at the time of the interview will result in automatic dismissal except for the computer and printer. We won't require you to bring that in. After you complete part 1 of this application, if you have all of the proper tools needed, we will contact you for an interview and complete the rest of the application at the store. Thank you.
